The brand new facilities at our San José office are open plan.

Hire to Retire Business Services (HTR MBS) is part of Mondelēz International Business Services (MBS).

MBS is our global business service organization which simplifies how we work, keeps us competitive, and builds scale and new capabilities. HTR MBS supports our North American and Latin American operations. It includes HTR Shared Services, which comprises Recruitment, Payroll, HR Operations and Compensation teams.


Our Information Technology Solutions (ITS) Hub contributes to our growth strategy, with the objective of providing centralized services, synergies and expertise to effectively support business needs in all of our global regions, while creating best-in-class talent.

By leveraging economies of scale and building a talented team of experts, it drives efficiencies in ITS service delivery – from solution design and platform governance, to program delivery support, service delivery management and vendor management.

The Business Unit

The Business Unit for Central America and the Caribbean controls business operations for our Central America and Caribbean business, which are part of our Latin America region.

It aims to create the most positive environment, internally and externally, making sure that consumers can find our much-loved products at point of sale, while building strong relationships with local communities, our partners and society as a whole. Functions here include Commercial Operations, Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, Procurement, Finance and Information Technology Solutions.

Doing the Right Thing

In addition, we run volunteer activities, especially during Global Volunteer Month, and support different community groups through product donations that especially benefit children at risk.
