Join a center of excellence and help create Cadbury chocolate blocks and Freddos, as well as Flake, Twirl and Caramello Koala. Built in 1921 as the first Cadbury operation outside the UK, the factory has the potential to make two million Freddo Frogs a day.

Awards

Mondelēz Australia was recognized as the number one supplier in Snacking and Confectionery in the 2015 Australian Advantage Survey.

We claimed two prizes at the 2015 Coles Supplier Awards: Winner of Coles Supply Chain Excellence Award and Finalist in Coles Best In-Store Execution Award – for the Cadbury Dairy Milk Salted Caramel block. Our daring campaign to pair up Australia’s ‘deliciously ugly’ Picnic chocolate bar with Tinder, the world’s largest online dating app, was shortlisted for the 2016 Mumbrella Awards. Our Chocolate Marketing team’s #ChocPlusWhat campaign was awarded ‘Best use of the Facebook platform in APAC’ in the Asia-Pacific Facebook Awards June 2016.

Doing the Right Thing

As part of the Mondelēz International Foundation’s 50 million USD global pledge to increase physical activity for children and their families, secure fresh foods and encourage better nutrition education, we launched the Play Project. This free, active play program empowers Australian primary school students at all levels of ability to live an active, healthy life through better knowledge, attitudes and behavior.

To answer our Call for Well-being, employees, suppliers and community partners work together to drive growth while creating a positive impact on the world. We work with not-for-profit organizations to cook nutritious meals, pack food, run soup vans and donate blood for Australian families and individuals in need.
