There are seven expertise areas in Finance, all of them offering rewarding career paths:
- Our Accounting and External Reporting roles ensure the organization conducts operations
and fulfills its statutory and regulatory obligations according to professional accounting standards and
ultimately sign off on our financial statements. Entry roles in Accounting and External Reporting
include Accounting Analysts and Indirect Tax Analysts with a path to roles like Region Controller or
roles in other expertise areas in Finance.
- Our Internal Audit and Controls roles bring expertise in assessing the organization's
compliance with rules, guidelines and policies and provide internal and external stakeholders confidence
in company reporting. This involves work in SOX compliance, controls self-assessment, continuous
controls monitoring and internal audit. Entry roles include Internal Auditor and Internal Controls
Analyst with a path to roles such as Director Internal Audit and Controls or roles in other expertise
areas in Finance.
- The Corporate Development team enables strategic decisions to grow and restructure the
business through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures or strategic partnerships. Entry positions are
Managers in Corporate Development with a path to Director Corporate Development or roles in other
expertise areas in Finance.
- We have a variety of roles in Planning and Performance Management that deliver expertise
in analyzing, planning and reporting our company’s financial performance across all financial KPIs.
These roles also engage in strategy development, investment decisions and cost management to achieve
financial targets. Entry level positions are generally financial analysts supporting FP&A, Supply Chain,
Countries or Business Units with a path to roles like a Finance Director for a Business Unit or a
Director Supply Chain Finance or roles in other expertise areas in Finance.
- Our Investor Relations team are experts in corporate valuation strategy, investor
development and relationship management and related regulations. The is a small team with an Senior
Analyst level entry position and progression into manager level roles in other expertise areas in
Finance.
- Our Tax roles provide expertise in all U.S. and non-U.S. tax laws and regulations; tax
policy, procedures, and strategies; transfer pricing norms; and tax filing and audit defense processes.
The Tax team ensures we are correctly reporting income for tax purposes and remain in compliance with
tax policies and laws. It includes income tax planning, income tax compliance and reporting, and tax
governance. Entry roles include Tax Analyst, with a path to roles such as Director Tax.
- Our Treasury and Risk Management team are experts in capital raising, capital
allocation, cash management, cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange, banking, rating agencies, and risk
financing & insurance. Treasury monitors our cash flow and ensures we have mitigation and avoidance
plans for risks that are a part of doing business. Entry roles include Treasury Analyst, Insurance
Analyst with a path to roles such as Regional Treasury Manager or Manager Risk Financing and Insurance.

Most of your learning in Finance will come from on-the-job experience. This may mean taking on

perhaps shadowing a more experienced colleague, receiving mentoring or coaching from your manager, or
building your network of contacts. There will also be learning events and courses, from face-to-face
workshops to webinars, to top up your finance knowledge.
